Step 1. Please navigate to https://fpeusa.myschoolapp.com/app#login/apply

Step 2. Please click 'Create Account' 

Step 3. Please fill out the following application information regarding yourself and your student then click 'Create Account' (Please write down the email that you use in this section) 

Step 4. You will receive a message about enrollment/login directions here:

Step 5. On your email you should see a message that says the following:

Step 6.  Please click the link labeled 'Blackbaud Login' which will navigate you to https://fpeusa.myschoolapp.com/app#login

Step 7. Under 'Email' please put the email you filled in for the information in Step 3 then click 'Next' 

(Note: Remember to check 'Remember me' box to make sure that you are automatically logged in next time.

Step 8.  Please fill out the following enrollment information. (Please use a password that you can remember or write down and keep in a safe place) OR click 'Sign up with Google' or 'Sign up with Apple' if you used a Gmail or Apple account when filling in the email account information in the application then click the blue 'Sign up' button. 

Step 9. If you do not have a Gmail or Apple email; a Confirmation code was now sent to your email that looks something like following:

Step 10. Please enter the Confirmation code emailed to you in to Blackbaud.

Step 11. Click 'Next' 

Step 12. Please sign in to Blackbaud using the credentials (email address and password) you just created(Click 'Remember me') 

Step 13. If you are not automatically logged in at this point. Please use one of the following methods depending on your circumstance to log in to Blackbaud:

After you are done signing in please refer to the next step

Step 14. Once you are logged in under the 'Admissions Progress' under 'Application' click 'Fill out' or 'Continue'

Step 15. 

Please read through the Introduction & Agreements, Applying For, Student Applicant, Family, Support, Signature and Confirmation. Click 'Next' to go to the next form.

When finished click 'Next'

B. Applying For: Please select the correct information and review the information pertaining to the tracks we offer as a school:

C. Student Applicant: Please fill in all the requested information

When finished click 'Next'

D. Family: Please fill in all the requested information

When finished click 'Next'

E. Support: Please fill in the required information 

When finished click 'Next'

F. Signature: Once you have reviewed and sure the information is correct please sign and date

When finished click 'Submit'

E. Confirmation: You should now see a confirmation page that looks like the following

Step 16. You will now set up your families new tuition management account for payments at https://enroll.blackbaud.school/#/findschool 

FreedomProject Academy has partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management to service your child’s tuition account. To enroll online, please follow the instructions below:  

Type FreedomProject Academy or 14645.  

Make your selection by clicking the green circle. Do NOT click on a school near you. (No spaces between FreedomProject) 

Enter the parent, guardian, or bill payer’s contact information. Please provide your telephone number and email address as Tuition Management regularly communicates important information about your account via telephone and email.  

Make sure you list the names of ALL students and the grades they are entering for the 2023-2024 School Year. (Press x if you would like to remove a student) (Press '+ Add Another Student' to add another student) 

Review the payment plans offered. Select your preferred payment method. A 2.85% convenience fee will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions. Checking and Savings  withdrawals will not have a fee.  

• Full Payment Plan – Full tuition will be withdrawn from provided financial account on August 4, 2023.          
• 8-Month Payment Plan – A $250 down payment will be withdrawn for EACH CHILD from provided financial account on either August 1, 2024, or August 15, 2024. Depending on which payment plan you choose. The remaining balance will be divided into 8 equal payments spread between 8 months. IMPORTANT: By selecting the 8-Month Loan Payment Plan, you agree to make every payment, regardless of enrollment status at FreedomProject Academy, until your balance is paid in full.  

Review the Tuition Management terms and conditions. Click SUBMIT ENROLLMENT to complete your online enrollment. Once you submit, a non-refundable payment of $250 Enrollment Fee per student that you have listed will be deducted immediately from the account you used.

Step 23. REGISTRATION APPLICATION SUCCESSFUL  

You will receive a confirmation page with your Tuition Management Family ID. Your school will then review your enrollment, and once complete, you will receive confirmation from Blackbaud Tuition Management.  

ACCOUNT ACTIVATION  

Once your school has reviewed and activated your account, you will receive an email with login instructions.  

To view your balance, make payments, update your personal information, or chat with a live representative, access your Tuition Management account at https://parent.blackbaud.school/ 

CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION: By creating  a Tuition Management account and selecting an 8-Month Loan Payment Plan you agree to fulfill all required payments and acknowledge that failure to do so will result in legal action on the part of FreedomProject Academy (American Opinion Foundation) to pursue monies owed.  

Step 24. Bobbi will send an email with the next steps within 48 business hours. 

Step 25. Bobbi should have assigned you a checklist to do on Blackbaud at https://fpeusa.myschoolapp.com/ems-checklists/student/view/children
