Step 1. Please follow the directions here: https://fpeusa.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000744139

Step 2.  Click 'Learning Tools'

Step 3. Click 'Learning Tools' (1) and 'Presentations' (2)

Step 4. Click 'Create Presentation'

Step 5. Under 'My Device' then drag and drop or choose a .pdf, .pptx or .docx

Step 6. Click 'Create'

Step 7. Click 'Learning Tools'  

Step 8. Click 'Presentations'

Step 9. Under 'My Presentations' click the line out symbol of the file recently uploaded

Step 10. You should now be presenting your presentation

Step 11. To share drawing tools click the '...' in the upper right hand corner of the powerpoint then click 'Enable student annotation for this page'. (Previous known as drawing tools)

Note: To Disable click '...' then 'Disable student annotation for this page'

Step 12. In the upper left hand corner of the screen hover over the powerpoint name then click the lock being unlocked and lock it

Step 13. When you are done 'x' out of the presentation tab in the upper left hand corner

Note: Videos will NOT work in Presentation Mode
