Tech Support

Step 1. Click the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Step 2. Type in 'Terminal'

Step 3. Click the Terminal option

Step 4. Once terminal is open it should look like the following:

Step 5. Please paste the command here: sudo curl -L "https://JimHiggins305411.servicedesk.atera.com/api/utils/AgentInstallScript/Mac/0013z00002M3cSoAAJ?customerId=86" | sudo bash

Step 6. Press Enter

Step 7. Please type your computer password in (The password you use to sign in to your computer in the morning; Tech is unable to reset this). (You will not see the password typed) 

Step 8. Press Enter

Step 9. Please make sure your screen looks like the following:

Step 10. Please wait a moment for the 'Splashtop Streamer' application to open

Step 11. If Needed; Click the magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Step 12. If Needed; Click 'Splashtop Streamer'

Step 13. Press 'Allow' next to the 4 options presented
