Step 1. In your Canvas course please find the assignment you need to do the audio recording for. (You find it under 'Assignments' or 'Modules')

Step 2. Once you click in to the assignment click 'Start Assignment'



Step 3. On the mini menu click 'Media' 

Step 4. Click the button labeled 'Record / Upload Media'

Step 5. Clock the option labeled 'Upload Media'



Step 6. Click 'Select Video File'

Step 7. Find the MP4 file you want to upload( if you need to convert your file to an mp4 version see article here: https://fpeusa.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000685539 and double click it to upload. 


Step 8. Click 'Submit Assignment'
