There are two ways to achieve this purpose

First Way:

Please navigate to your accounts Canvas Dashboard and look for the announcements at the top of the screen

Second Way:

Step 1. Please click the gray man that says 'Account' 

Step 2. Click the option that says 'Global Announcements'

Step 3. You can now see your 'Current' and 'Recent' in 'Global Announcements'
