All students must have access to a functioning and reliable desktop or laptop computer that is less than 5 years old. IPADS, TABLETS, & CELL PHONES should NOT be used for everyday live classes. The reason for this is there are glitching functionalities that happen on mobile devices frequently.
Step 1. Make sure the proper hardware & security are installed and set up on your Computers to be able to retain and maintain browsers and necessary software throughout the year.
Before you begin, make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements for the virtual school platform and any necessary software. Common requirements include a certain operating system version, processor speed, RAM, and internet connection speed.

Step 2. Install the necessary Browser(s) (Ensure your operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux) is up to date. Install any pending updates, as they often include security patches and improvements. Also, update essential software like web browsers, office suites, and video conferencing tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Connect).

Step 3. Make sure you have appropriate headphones with the speaker and microphone

Step 4. You will need a printer with a scanner
All students must have access to a functioning and reliable document scanner/scanning software and printer.
Option A: Buy a Printer and a Scanner (Set the resolution to 600*600.)
Step 5. Log in Students to Canvas (Use Usernames and Passwords provided from the Email)
