Step 1. Please open a Google Chrome browser that looks like the following: 

Step 2. Please click the three horizontal dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen

Step 3. Click the 'Settings' option

Step 3. On Google Chrome Settings click the tab labeled 'Privacy and security'

Step 4. Click 'Site Settings'

Step 5. Scroll down your webpage and click the button labeled 'Additional permissions' 

Step 6. Please click the 'Automatic downloads' option

Step 7. Please select the option that is labeled 'Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files'
