You will notice under the modules tab in your Canvas classrooms you will see 4 different icons next to attachment names.
The different attachments icons are the following:
Icon Meaning:
Publish = Attachments are visible for Students
Unpublish = Attachments are not visible for Students
Only available with link = Attachments are visible for Students (Do not use this)
Schedule availability = Attachment is only visible at or until a certain date specified
Please make sure the icon is always Publish, Unpublish, or Schedule availability
You can change the availability icon by clicking the icon that is currently present and filling in the box next to the correct icon and clicking 'update'.
Once you click the attachment icon you will see a box pop up that looks like the following:
The option under 'Visibility' should always be 'Inherit from Course'
