Step 1. In your Canvas course please find the assignment you need to do the audio recording for. (You find it under 'Assignments' or 'Modules')

Step 2. Once you click in to the assignment click 'Start Assignment'

Step 3, Notice that only mp4(video),mp3(Audio), and pdf (document) files types are allowed for submission

Step 4. On the mini orange menu make sure the ' Media' option is selected

Step 5. Click the button labeled 'Record / Upload Media'

Step 6. Clock the option labeled 'Upload Media'

Step 7. Click 'Select Audio File'

Step 7. Find the MP3 file you want to upload( if you need to convert your file to an mp3 version see article here: https://fpeusa.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/43000692071 ) and double click it to upload. 

Step 8. Click 'Submit Assignment'
