Step 1. Navigate to your instructor dashboard located here: https://fpeusa.instructure.com/

Step 2. Click on the course you want to start recording for:

Step 3. On the left hand side of the course click 'Adobe Connect'

Step 4. Click the 'join' button on the Adobe Connect page to join the virtual classroom:

Step 5. Your Adobe Connect introduction page should now appear giving you the options to set up your Audio, Video correctly.

Step 6. Click 'Enter Room'

Step 7. Once you are in the Adobe Classroom click the name of the classroom in the upper left hand corner of the Adobe Connect application:

Step 8. Once you click on the classroom name a sub menu will appear please select 'Record Session'

Step 9. A window will appear allowing you to name the recording and add a summary of the recording according to your preference:

Step 10. Click 'Start Recording'

Step 11. When you see the red circle next to the class name it means you are currently recording

 

How to turn the recording off

Step 1. Click the title of the course 


Step 2. Once you click the name of the course a submenu of the course. Click the option that says 'Stop Recording'

Step 3. Your recording is stopped

Please repeat steps and processes as needed to start and stop reocrdings
