Step 1. In the course you want to create the assignment in. Click the 'Assignment' tab

Step 2. To create a new assignment, click the blue button in the upper right hand corner of the screen labeled '+ Assignment' 

Step 3. On the Assignment creation page please give the assignment a title name.

Step 4. Once you add the other necessary settings scroll down on the page to the heading labeled 'Submission Type'

Step 5. Make sure the type of submission is 'Online' with the 'Online Entry Options' being both 'Media Recordings' and 'File Uploads'

Step 6. Make sure to put in the file formats you want your students to turn in their documents in with. (.mp4= Video, .mp3=Audio, pdf = document) 

Step 7. After editing the other assignment settings to your satisfaction click 'Save' or 'Save & Publish; for your assignment on your assignment depending on your circumstance.
