Step 1. Once you have your audio file on your computer, please navigate to https://cloudconvert.com/
Step 2. On Cloud Convert pick the options to convert your audio file from its current audio file format to mp3
Step 3. Then click 'Select File' and find the file you want to convert
Step 4. Once you have the file selected and uploaded select the 'Convert'
Step 5. Once the file is converted in to a mp3, select the 'Download' button(Keep a note where the file downloads too)
Step 6. Navigate to the Canvas course that has the Sound Recording and find the assignment and click on the assignment title
Step 7. On the assignment click 'Start Assignment'
Step 8. On the mini orange menu select 'File Upload'
Step 9. Select the 'Choose File' button
Step 10. Find the mp3 file on your computer and double click it
Step 11. Once your file is on the screen select 'Submit Assignment'
Step 12. You have now submitted your audio recording!
