Step 1. Once you have your audio file on your computer, please navigate to https://cloudconvert.com/
Step 2. On Cloud Convert pick the options to convert your audio file from its current audio file format to mp3.
Step 3. Then click 'Select File' and find the file you want to convert.
Step 4. Once you have the file selected and uploaded select the 'Convert' (Make sure the 'Convert to' says 'MP3')
Step 5. Once the file is converted in to a mp3, select the 'Download' button (Keep a note where the file downloads too)
Step 6. Navigate to the Canvas course that has the Sound Recording and find the assignment and click on the assignment title
Step 7. On the orange menu select 'Upload Media'
Step 9. Either drag the audio file on to the box or find the audio file on your computer and double click it
Step 10. Once your file is on the screen select 'Submit'
Step 11. You have now submitted your audio recording!
