If you have never given Mozilla Firefox Microphone permissions
Step 1. Please navigate to one of your FPA Canvas courses and open the 'Adobe Connect' tab and hit the 'join' button:
Step 2. On the Adobe Connect Entrance page you will get the following pop-up
Step 3. After making sure the right microphone is selected on the pop-up. Please click 'Allow'
Step 4. Make sure that the correct Microphone is selected on the page under the 'Audio' page here:
Step 5. Click 'Request Entry'
If you have given Mozilla Firefox Microphone Permissions
Step 1. On your Mozilla Firefox browser click the three vertical lines in the upper right side of your screen.
Step 2. On the submenu that appears click 'Settings'
Step 3. On the left hand side of your browser settings. Click the 'privacy and security' setting option
Step 4. Please scroll down under the 'Privacy & Security' settings and find the heading labeled 'Permissions'
Step 5. Next to the Microphone option click 'Settings...'
Step 6. You should now see a list of websites you have allowed or blocked to use your Microphone. Please make sure the option that says 'https://fpeusa.adobeconnect.com' says 'Allow' underneath the 'Status' option.
Step 7. Once you are allowing 'https://fpeusa.adobeconnect.com' to use your Microphoen please select the option that says 'Save Changes'.
Step 8. Please navigate to one of your FPA Canvas courses and open the 'Adobe Connect' tab and hit the 'join' button:
Step 9. Make sure that the correct Microphone is selected on the page under the 'Audio' page here:
Step 10. Click 'Request Entry'
Step 11. You should now be able to use your Microphone in your Mozilla Firefox browser on Adobe Connect.
