Step 1. On your Google Chrome browser click on the three vertical dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 

Step 2. On the drop down menu click 'Settings'

Step 3. On the left hand side of your screen click 'Privcacy and security'

Step 4. Click 'Site Settings'

Step 5. Scroll down to the heading labeled 'Permissions' and find 'Microphone'

Step 6. Make sure that the correct Microphone is selected for input and that the following site is allowed to use your Microphone 'https://fpeusa.adobeconnect.com:443'

Step 7. Click the back arrow to go on to the previous screen

Step 8. Scroll down to the heading that says 'Additional content settings'

Step 9. Click the 'Sound' option

Step 10. Make sure your settings look like the following:
