Step 1. Please open your picture where you had saved it by double clicking the image file

Step 2. Once you have double clicked your image you have now opened your image in preview

Step 3.  Click on the pencil in the preview box

Step 4. Once you have the pencil button selected you can choose the settings of your markup tool using the following settings

Step 5. Please use the settings to create the picture that you need

Step 6. Then save the picture with the new writing by clicking File>Save
