Blackbaud ID Directions for Parents

Step 1. On a Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser go to the web address

https://fpeusa.myschoolapp.com/app#login

Step 2. Enter the name of your primary email address that you had filled out on Blackbaud then click ‘Next’

Step 3 On the conversion page click ‘Continue’

Step 4. Please fill in the Password, First name and Last name for your Blackbaud ID account then click 'Sign Up'

Step 5. On the page titled ‘Confirm your account’ check your personal email inbox for a confirmation code. Then enter the confirmation code and click 'Next'. If you take too long to enter the confirmation code you will be prompted with an error message and a option to resend the confirmation code to your email. 

Step 6. Once you enter the correct confirmation code you should now be redirected to the Blackbaud login page. Use the Username(Email) you previously created to login in Step 5. IF this did not work please go to the beginning of the document and retry otherwise go to step 7. 

Step 7. Enter the Email Address and Password you previously created in Step 4. Then click ‘Sign in’

Step 8. You should now be signed in to Blackbaud.
