Step 1. On your browser navigate to the following address: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/download-app


Step 2. Once you are on the Microsoft Teams Download screen click the button labeled 'Download new Teams'





Step 3. Now your Mac may ask you where you should download your copy of Microsoft Teams too(Feel free to use your 'Downloads' folder and click 'Save') or please find where your file downloaded so that you can run the file

Step 4 (if needed). If you navigate to your Downloads folder you should see a download file that looks like the following:

Step 5 (if needed). Double click the file that is labeled 'MicrosoftTeams.pkg'

Step 6. Please choose the best options pertaining to you through the 'Microsoft Teams Installer'


Step 7. When you are done with your installation the installer should look like the following:


Step 8. If you see any prompts asking if Microsoft Teams is allowed to use a computer application please press 'OK'


Step 9. If your Microsoft Teams application does not automatically open please navigate to your Finder>Applications>Microsoft Teams (work or school)



Step 10.  Please select 'Create or use another account' Now please sign up with a new account or add an account so that your webpage will look like the following:



Step 9. Please enter your FPA email here:





Step 10. Please enter the password that was provided for your Microsoft account


Step 11. You should now be logged in to Microsoft Teams
